With Skype for Business Cloud PBX, users can globally manage calls right within Office 365 and eliminate separate PBX systems for information workers. This provides users with access everywhere, so they can make, receive and transfer calls from mobile phones, tablets and PCs from nearly anywhere with Internet access. It also provides consolidated management, so the Office 365 administration portal is the central location to manage users for communications, email and content.
Last night I presented the wonders of Skype for Business with Cloud PBX functions to the IT-Pro User Group at MTTI in Seekonk, MA. The audience was receptive and asked a lot of great questions.
